DMCA takedown requests
drop complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). if you believe content hosted here infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to admin@w8o.org with the following information:

your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone)

identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

the direct URL of the infringing content on drop.w8o.org

a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

your physical or electronic signature
upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the uploader where possible.
counter-notices
if you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to admin@w8o.org including:

- —identification of the removed content and its former location
- —a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- —your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area
